from the former Sangeetha restaurant into Bhavyam, a thriving South Indian dining space we
continue to manage.
The Story:
In Anna Nagar, a bungalow on a 4-ground property had long been associated with dining,
once housing the well-known Sangeetha restaurant. When the opportunity arose to reposition
the space, the challenge was to ensure continuity in purpose while bringing in a fresh brand with
long-term potential.
Konnect Realty moved swiftly. Within just one month, we finalized the project with Bhavyam,
a South Indian restaurant with the right vision and capability to take over the space. Our role
extended beyond simply filling a vacancy—we ensured that the tenant’s brand and business
model were the right fit for the property and the neighborhood.
Four years later, Bhavyam continues to operate successfully, becoming a culinary landmark in
Anna Nagar. For the property owner, it has meant a reliable long-term tenant; for the
